The targeted individual enquiry:
- Now every traveler will be able to submit an individual enquiry targeted for specific serviced apartments (please see the upper flow on the infographic above).
- Besides every traveler will still have the option to enquire all apartments matching their personal requirements, just like in the past (see flow below).
The other new feature is the possibility to personalize email communication:
