2019 was a year of rapid succession of achievements. In terms of inventory, we increased the number of bookable apartments by 38%. A large proportion of this growth took place in North America, due to the recent collaboration with multiple new providers. In addition we integrated Amadeus GDS content in our technology.
Our efforts to increase the understanding of serviced apartments and the value they bring, continued in 2019. We released the well known Price Radars! The results showed significant savings potential of up to 55% for long-stay travelers who chose to stay in serviced apartments compared to hotels.
As technology is the heart of our service, we naturally release many new client experience features. We released single-sign-on, targeted individual enquiry and email customization settings; as well as integration into world leading OBT providers, a new payment solution with AirPlus International and integrated duty of care providers. All focused on superior user experience and integration in corporate travel policies.
To make sure we are recognized as the leading serviced apartment provider, we increased our attendance at industry events and our visibility. As a specific highlight, we are proud to have taken part in the German Accelerator program and launching our technology and service in New York! This enabled us to continue our expansion in the United States. Over the year, in total, we doubled our number of worldwide clients. In terms of partnerships, we started multiple cooperations with travel technology and travel specialists.
As we are completely customer experience focused, we are very proud of the big service recognition we receive! A 92,5% customer satisfaction score and receiving the 2019 Best Service Provider Award are great indicators for our renowned service excellence.
